  1. Tool, Jig & Die Maker Cum Head of Mechanical Maintenance Division

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Mechanical repairs and Refurbishment of Machines
  • Preparation of Preventative Maintenance schedules by Division, scheduling major maintenance tasks and ensuring minimum down time
  • Identifying and initiating the purchase of required spares
  • Provide technical advice and recommendations on all aspects of machines including their future suitability in production as well as risk mitigation
  • Manufacturing die sets, tools and jigs
  • Regular inspection and Maintenance of all tooling ensuring minimum down time
  • Supervision of Maintenance and that of contracted third parties
  • Attending to all machine breakdowns
  • Training staff on the correct use of machines
  • Comply with company policies and procedures
  • Comply with health and safety processes and procedures in place

Education, Experience and Skills:

  • Minimum of a National Certificate in Machine Shop Engineering/Fitter Machinist or equivalent along with a Certificate in Tool, Jig and Die Making
  • Proven Internship and work experience in a senior position in similar industry of at least 10 years
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical skills including preparation of technical drawings
  • Ability to work independently
  • Openness to work outside normal working hours
  1. Finance and Administration Officer

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Gathering, analysing, and interpreting relevant financial data.
  • Evaluating and optimizing financial controls and procedures.
  • Accurately updating daily transaction records and assisting with payroll administration.
  • Managing accounts receivable and payable, as well as expenses.
  • Keeping records of invoices and tax payments, as well as reviewing and processing reimbursements.
  • Preparing accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and budgets.
  • Preparing periodic VAT, WHT and OWHT returns
  • Identifying financial liabilities and performing risk analysis on liquidity and cash flow.
  • Resolving account discrepancies and performing account reconciliations.
  • Keeping abreast of regulatory requirements and best practices in financial administration.
  • Maintain external relationships with service providers to ensure the efficiency of the office systems, supplies, premises and equipment
  • Oversee logistics and other administrative tasks required

Education, Experience and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a similar field.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a financial administrator, or similar.
  • Advanced proficiency in accounting software, such as Pastel or Accpac.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial controls and accounting standards.
  • Extensive experience in financial reporting.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Superb organizational and time management abilities.
  • Great collaboration and communication skills.
  1. Safety and Occupational Health Officer

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Compile safety programs.
  • Practice safe working techniques.
  • Implement and maintain health and safety standards.
  • Establish a cordial and professional relationship with employees.
  • Maintain compliance with all safety regulations.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings to share best practice techniques.
  • Standardize health and safety in order to remain consistent.
  • Identify hazardous waste and disposing of it correctly.
  • Promote safety initiatives.
  • Compile and maintain relevant registers to ensure compliance.
  • Document staff information, minutes of meetings, and reports compiled for management.
  • Regularly inspect equipment.

Education, Experience and Skills:

  • A Diploma in Safety and Occupational Health or equivalent.
  • Valid competency certificates.
  • Registration as a Health and Safety Officer.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in this position.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Applications
  1. Heavy Duty Driver (C1):

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Operating commercial vehicles up to 7.5 tonnes,
  • Driving long or short distances
  • Planning delivery schedules and routes with transport manager
  • Supervising or helping to load and unload goods
  • Lifting and carrying goods
  • Making sure loads are safely secured
  • Following traffic reports and adapting routes if necessary
  • Completing delivery paperwork
  • Keeping up-to-date logbooks
  • Carrying out basic routine maintenance, such as oil, tyre and brake checks
  • Working from a vehicle and driving long distances
  • Spending nights away from home during long haul deliveries.

Education, Experience and Skills:

  • Proven work experience as a Truck Driver
  • Ability to drive long hours and travel regularly
  • Extensive knowledge of applicable truck driving rules and regulations
  • No recent moving or driving violations
  • Adaptability and foresight to handle unexpected situations (traffic, weather conditions etc)
  • Willing to submit to background/drug checks and provide employment recommendations
  • Valid truck driving licence
  1. Stores Officer:

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Ensure optimal stock availability in stores for user departments
  • Ensure proper and timely acquisition of stocks and consumables
  • Issuance of stocks to various user departments
  • Custodian of general store
  • Always maintain the Store neat and tidy
  • Ensure all invoices are timely compiled and data entry done before forwarding the documents to Finance.
  • Filing of all important documents in main store
  • Reconciliation of stock both physically and in the system
  • Prepare reports and submit to finance
  • To carry out the above duties and any other duties as reasonably requested by the Procurement manage or any other executive manager

Education, Experience and Skills:

  • Proven work experience as a Stores Officer
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing environment would be advantageous
  • Diploma in Purchasing and Supply or equivalent
  • Excellent verbal and written communication

6. Sales and Marketing Executive

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
  • Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions and conferences
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams

Requirements and skills

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
  • Proficiency in English
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
  • Fast learner and passion for sales
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Sales and Marketing degree
